What the challenge is
Cover 1100 kilometres within 24 hours, on public roads, entirely under your own steam.
The distance
1100 km minimum, verified by timestamped fuel receipts and odometer photos at each control point.
Self-supported
No support vehicle, no relay riders. You, your motorcycle, and whatever you can carry.
When & where
Saturday 12 December 2026, 10:00 AM. Flag-off from Hoskote, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Report at least 60 minutes early for document checks and scrutineering.
The route
Route and control points to be announced. Expect highway riding with defined checkpoints.
Finisher status
Every verified finisher earns Iron RYDR status, a numbered certificate, and a permanent badge on their RYDR profile.
Rules & safety
This is an endurance test, not a race. Nothing here is worth your life — or anyone else's.
Not a race
There is no prize for arriving first. The only result is finished or not finished. Riding beyond the speed limit to make the clock is grounds for immediate disqualification.
- Obey every traffic law. Speed limits, lane discipline, signals. The challenge is designed to be completed comfortably within legal limits.
- Mandatory rest. Minimum 30 minutes of rest for every 4 hours ridden, logged at control points. Fatigue is the real danger on a ride this long.
- Full safety gear. ISI/DOT/ECE helmet, riding jacket, gloves, and boots at all times. No gear, no flag-off.
- Valid documents. Current driving licence, registration, insurance, and PUC — checked in person at flag-off.
- Roadworthy motorcycle. Tyres, brakes, lights, and chain inspected at scrutineering. Any capacity permitted.
- 18 years or older. No exceptions.
- Ride your own ride. Withdraw the moment you feel unfit to continue. Retiring safely is always the right call.

Questions
Do I need a big motorcycle?
No. Any roadworthy, road-legal motorcycle is eligible. Preparation and pacing matter far more than engine capacity.
Is 1100 km in 24 hours legal to attempt?
Yes. It works out to an average of roughly 46 km/h over the full 24 hours including every stop, which is comfortably achievable within posted speed limits. Anyone riding illegally to make the time is disqualified.
What if I don't finish?
Nothing happens. Retiring is a normal and respected outcome in endurance riding — a large share of entrants in any long-distance event do not finish. Stopping safely is always better than pushing on.
How is my distance verified?
Through timestamped fuel receipts and odometer photographs at each control point. Full details will be sent to registered riders.
Is there an entry fee?
Not for this edition — entry is free.
Can I ride with a friend?
Yes, riders often travel together for safety. Each rider registers individually and is verified individually.
